U & I Co. Diamond Ring Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   This giveaway is open to Australian residents only. By entering, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Prize Details:

   • One (1) winner will receive a lab-grown diamond ring from U & I Co., up to a total weight of two (2) carats.

   • The winner must select their prize from U & I Co.'s existing ring designs valued up to $5000.

   • If the chosen design has a total diamond weight less than 2 carats, it will not be altered or upgraded to reach 2 carats.

   • No custom designs or modifications will be offered as part of this giveaway prize.

3. How to Enter:
   Entry instructions will be detailed on the official giveaway post on U & I Co.’s Instagram page. Entries must be submitted in accordance with those instructions to be valid.

4. Entry Period:
   Entries open at the time of the giveaway announcement and close at 6:00pm AEST on Tuesday, 8 July 2025.

5. Winner Selection:

   • The winner will be selected at random and announced on U & I Co.’s Instagram page.

   • Winner will be drawn at 12:00pm AEST on Friday, 11 July 2025 and contacted via direct message.

6. Claiming the Prize:
   The winner must respond within 3 days to claim their prize. If unclaimed, a new winner will be drawn.

7. No Cash Alternative:
   The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit.

8. Rights Reserved:
   U & I Co. reserves the right to amend these terms or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.
